2. Are you open to the public?
Our warehouse is for warehousing and fulfillment. Contact us for any further questions.
3. What's your business hours?
Monday to Friday from 10:00AM to 6:00PM and Saturday by appointments only. Sunday we are closed.
4. Do you sell wholesale only?
Yes, we sell only wholesale to business (B2B). We don't do retail or individual sales.
5. What type of payment do you accept?
Cash, Checks, Wire Transfer, Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), Zelle and PayPal.
6. How do you ship your products?
We ship both loose boxes via USPS & UPS as well as multiple pallets via different carriers/freight forwarders.
7. Can we purchase products from this website?
No. This website is for informational purposes only.

8. What's your Cancellation and Restocking Policy?
If an order is cancelled after it was confirmed, we do have a cancellation and restocking fee of 10%.
9. What's your Refund Policy?
We do refund after 7 days of an item been delivered.
The items must be in its original condition and unused and customer should have any proof of purchase.
If customer doesn't want a refund, we can issue a credit and applied toward the next purchase.
